For orders placed Nov 15-Jan 1, please allow up to 4 weeks processing time.
- Current status: As of Dec 12, we will have all orders placed on or before Dec. 12 out by Dec 19 for Christmas delivery.
- We cannot guarantee processing times or delivery for orders placed Dec. 13 or later, though we should be through the bulk of our corporate orders by Dec 19 and we may be able to process a few orders on the 19th/20th, but we cannot guarantee on-time delivery.
- Our laser shop will close from Dec 22 – Jan 1 to allow our employees to spend the holiday with their children and families. We will be operating at reduced capacity through Jan 15, at which time our NEW LASER SHOP should be ready to begin commercial-level production with 4 lasers, a sandblasting/glasscarving station, and a powdercoating booth! (We will still take one-off orders though!)
