Lazerworx Design Studio is proud to offer our unique laser engraved products to customers worldwide. Please review the Q&A section below for most frequently asked questions, or contact us if you need additional information.

Where do you ship?

We ship all of our products worldwide, unless forbidden by law.

When do you ship?

As of Sept. 1, 2017, shipping for all items will occur from 3-4 weeks after the date your order is processed, unless specifically noted in the item description. If you order separate items with different estimated ship dates, the later date will apply.

PLEASE NOTE: After Dec. 1, Christmas delivery cannot be guaranteed for any item except laser engraved wine stoppers. We’ve purchased a second laser, but we are running almost 24 hours a day to keep up with orders for laser engraved Yeti ramblers, so we don’t have a lot of wiggle room for large orders before Dec. 16. If you have a small order, most of our current orders have to ship by Dec. 16, so we may be able to schedule your order to arrive between then and Dec. 24 if you call.

PLEASE NOTE: Rush orders are not available until Jan 1, 2017.


How do you ship?

USPS is our carrier of choice.

US Destinations – For items under 13 oz, we ship first class unless you pay for an upgrade to priority or express mail. For items above 13 oz, we ship priority mail unless you pay for an upgrade to express mail. We DO ALLOW you to us your own carrier account for bulky purchases or large orders. There is a $5 service fee added for us to drop off for you, or no charge if we schedule a pickup at our rural office location. Please contact us to use your carrier account.
International Destinations – We ship first class international unless otherwise requested.

What are your shipping rates?

Shipping is calculated based on our actual charges plus a small shipping and handling fee that varies based on product. It is calculated on your location and by item weight. You will be notified of the shipping charges prior to checking out.
*On occasion, we offer free shipping specials, and when we do so, “free shipping” applies to our chosen ship method, which may be any domestic carrier of our choosing with a delivery window of less than 7 business days.


How do I track my order?

We use online services to create shipments for your labels, and tracking information will be emailed to the email address you provided when you checked out.

Do you offer a local pick up option?

We know local customers sometimes want to save money, and we completely are on board. We allow scheduled pickups only. If you are able to pick up in Colwich, KS or near 21st St. N and Maize Rd. in Wichita, KS, please choose the “local pickup” option for shipping. We do allow cash on pickup, but we require a 50% deposit to get started on your order.

Do you recycle?

We use recycled packing materials when available, so you may find our old newspapers cushioning your purchase. If this is a gift purchase and presentation is important, be sure to let us know and we’ll provide pristine packaging.
